    工作职责:

    This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic corporate communication & PR initiatives to enhance the company's brand reputation. Scope of this role includes leading CSR, ESG activities, media relationship management, crisis management and overall internal and external communications from corporate level.

    Major Duties and Responsibilities
    - Lead the team to develop and execute comprehensive corporate communication & PR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the strategies are up-to-date and effective.
    - Manage media coverage and engagement. Strengthen the company’s media network, serve as the company spokesperson and effectively handle media inquiries, interviews, and crisis communication situations.
    - Manage the company's branding and corporate identity, including corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, ESG initiatives.
    - Develop and maintain trusted relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders at corporate level, including Corporate Commercial BU, GM/Boards Office, industry associations, academia, key opinion formers, and communities etc.
    - Oversee the internal communication strategies collaborated with TMOD to effectively engage and inform employees
    - Manage and mentor a team of communication professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the successful execution of communication strategies.


    任职资格:

    Requirements
    - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
    - At least 10 years of experience in Corporate Communication and PR with strong tracked record, 5 years+ experience as management role, previous experience in Pharma/Biotech industry or PR agency will be an advantage.
    - Ability to build trusted relationships and influence with internal associates and other key stakeholders.
    - Strong understanding of media relations and crisis communication.
    - Strategic mindset – continually focused on the strategic impact of communications tactics.
    - Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
    - Proficiency in both Chinese and English is necessary.
